Billy is a very talented and professional developer. I had some difficult requests and he delivered on every single one. He turned a basic shopify theme into a high end looking theme and I could not be happier. He is always spot on and very fast. i'm active on storetasker and have worked with around 8 developers. billy is by far my favorite. he's fast, prices are fair, quick communication and incredible work. he hits the spec on his first attempt and only needs minor minor revisions which is such a time saver and eliminates back and forth getting features to comp.  i can't recommend him enough.
