Colin is a Principal Engineer and Technical Advisor to the CEO at Shopify. He is co-author of the O’Reilly book High Performance Images and contributing author in Image Optimization. He is passionate about the intersection of web performance, media, browsers and data. He recently helped the community effort writing chapters in the Web Almanac, 24Ways, and PerCalendar.
